Beijing Working Language: English Objectives: This workshop aims to provide up-to-date information, applicable technical products, use and maintenance of agricultural machinery to the participants from countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”. The participants could improve the capacity to help promote their home countries’ economic development, the bilateral trade cooperation, as well as the international cooperation projects. The participants will learn about the technical R&D, products manufacturing and promotions methods; share with China’s experience in small-scale agricultural machinery; master advanced technologies, the use of products, and maintenance methods; improve scientific research capability to facilitate home countries’ industrial progress; enhance mutual understanding and friendship; and create a sound environment for capacity cooperation in small-scale agricultural machinery and related industries across the globe. Programs: Brief introduction to small-scale agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery standard system construction, regional policy and experience, basic theory of machinery operation and maintenance. as well as the latest achievements of agricultural engineering and mechanization, including: tillage machinery, planting machinery, plant protection machinery, harvesting machinery, water-saving irrigation equipment, storage drying machinery, feed processing, small-scaled agri-product processing, machinery manufacturing, technology, and advanced, applicable technologies in other fields, national policies for international technological cooperation. Internship in domestic top laboratories and manufacturing enterprises, and visits to exhibitions and seminars.
