Objectives:

To promote the sharing of new technologies and methods of molecular pathology between China and Pakistan, and to help learners understand and ｍaster the basic knowledge and application of molecular pathology (technology). To improve the level of clinical testing of molecular pathology and promote the friendship between China and Pakistan.

Programs:

This course primarily teaches the knowledge related to techniques such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Sanger sequencing (Sanger) of genes, Genetic mapping, next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics analysis of NGS results, and clinical applications of the above molecular pathology methods.
