The International Training Workshops of Ministry of Science and Technology, P.R. China dedicated to developing countries are an important component of technology assistance. Since 1989, the Ministry of Science and Technology has supported domestic enterprises, universities and research institutions to undertake International Training Workshops every year. From 2006 to 2024, a total of over 800 International Training Workshops were held, with a total of over 17000 trainees. The training ?elds mainly focus on agriculture and food security, health, new energies, resource development and utilization, climate change and green development, connectivity, advanced manufacturing, digital and information technology, science and technology policy management, etc. China’s technologies with meeting the needs of developing countries can boost economic progress of developing countries and improve their technological levels. The International Training Workshops have deepened exchanges and cooperation between China and other developing countries in many fields, built a bridge of friendship and a cooperative platform for developing countries, and expanded the space for cooperation, which have been highly praised by the governments and trainees of developing countries. The International Training Workshops for 2024 which has been approved by Ministry of Science and Technology, P.R. China , will be implemented this year, through o?ine training. The training will last 15-20 days. The costs related to training materials, teacher lectures, internship visits, local transportation during the study period, and trainees , accommodation expenses, will be covered by the training class. The trainees need to cover the International travel expenses themselves. Under the principle of equality and mutual benefits, results sharing and intellectual property protection, the Chinese Government is ready to share technologies through training workshops so as to seek common development in the ?elds of S＆ａｍｐ；T and economy.
