Time: September 1, 2026 Venue: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China Working Language: English and Chinese Objectives: This program aims to support capacity building, technology upgrading, and sustainable development in participating developing countries. It focuses on sharing China’s practical experience in photovoltaics, wind power, and energy storage, while helping partner countries cultivate skilled professionals through integrated “technical training + hands-on practice” models. For sustainable development, it promotes green transitions by increasing renewable energy adoption to support the 3060 climate goals and fosters industrial synergy through integrated “technology + equipment + standards” packages suited to local conditions. To ensure long-term cooperation, it establishes technology transfer hubs such as joint laboratories and demonstration centers in partner countries, using training programs as a foundation for sustained engagement and technology diffusion. Programs: The training content is designed according to the technical characteristics and pedagogical principles of the new energy sector, structured across three tiers: (1) Specialized Foundational Courses (60%): 1. Carbon-Neutral Energy Systems Engineering; 2. Solar Energy Engineering with AI Integration; 3. Pumped Storage Technology and Applications; 4. Battery Technologies and Applications. (2) Case Studies (20%): Case-based learning through flipped classrooms and group discussions, focusing on photovoltaic, wind, energy storage, and hydropower projects. (3) Hands-on Training (20%): Practical exercises on battery and supercapacitor design and manufacturing, UAV power system thermal management and control.
