Objectives:

To advance the “Initiative on AI Development Cooperation with ASEAN”, this program aims to deepen China-ASEAN collaboration in artificial intelligence (AI), and foster mutual understanding and knowledge-sharing on AI technologies between China and ASEAN countries.    

This training program seeks to establish a high-end talent development platform in the AI field for China and ASEAN. Through systematic and professional courses, as well as practical field visits, it will cultivate a cohort of ASEAN professionals who understand China’s AI development landscape, policy frameworks, technological applications, and industrial ecosystem. By creating a long-term exchange and cooperation mechanism, the program will serve as a bridge for collaboration between Chinese and ASEAN AI experts, scholars, and industry representatives, facilitating practical partnerships and regular interactions.

Programs:

(1) Classroom Lectures by renowned Chinese AI experts, scholars, and corporate executives.

(2) On-site Training & Networking Sessions:Field visits to leading AI enterprises and research institutions in Guangxi to observe local AI applications and industrial development.Interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions

(3) Technology Matchmaking Forum: Facilitated exchanges between trainees and outstanding AI enterprises from Guangxi and other Chinese regions.

(4) Country Report Presentations & Cooperation Dialogues: AI development status, strategies, and challenges in ASEAN countries.Potential collaboration areas and project proposals with China.
