International Training Workshop on Food Processing and Equipment Selection

Objectives:

The aim is to enable the participants to understand basic theory, methodology and technology trend of food processing technologies; to clear the status of Chinese food industry development; to observe and operate the modern food processing equipment; to update technology and knowledge for the participants; to establish links with Chinese research institutes and equipment manufacturers; to provide opportunity to exchange experience and information on food processing among participants; to strengthen the cooperation and to improve the level of developing countries in the field of food industry.

Programs:

1. The status of Chinese food industries and development;
2. The food processing technology (including soft drink processing technology, bakery processing technology, China traditional fermentation food processing technology, China starch production technology, meat processing technology, beer brewery processing technology);
3. Food factory design and equipment selection;
4. Food packing machinery;
5. Demonstration, practice, visit and market survey;
6. Technical exchange, business negotiation and training report draft;
7. Culture visits.
