Objectives:

The aim is to provide technical training for building a resources and environment data sharing platform for Silk Road Economic Belt; to facilitate more countries to be data sharing nodes with willingness and capability; to broaden the data sources for data sharing, and establish resources and environment data sharing system with a larger scope; to make contribute to the talent pool of  Belt and Road (B&R) International Scientists Alliance, and provide the fundamental data for international collaborative research.

2. Software development technology for B&R resources and environment data sharing platform;
3. Technical standards of data sharing platform; 
4. Data sharing service modes and application technology;
5. Data sharing resources construction and management technology.
