Objectives:

The aim is to built the platforms between the Central Asian countries and China's science and technology management cadres; to let them understand the development of science and technology in China; to further promote the Silk Road economic belt countries in science and technology policy research, basic science research, practical technology and high-tech research and development and its industrialization in the field of more pragmatic cooperation; to promote the economic and technological progress of all parties and achieve common prosperity.
