Objectives:

Lectures provide participants from the Central Asian and Neighboring Countries with some understanding of Xinjiang cotton planting techniques with high quality and yield, and key cultivation techniques of wheat, corn, rice, tomato for processing, potato and vegetables in greenhouses, which are very important crops for the relevant countries. 

Field trips expose participants to the real production and feel the performance of technologies. 

Thematic discussion gives the organizer some understanding on the status, existing problems and potential technique demands of relevant Central Asian and neighboring countries, and helps establish long-term cooperation in the future.
