Objectives:

To train agricultural technicians and specialists from developing countries, instruct them to master theories and practical techniques on hybrid rice, and ensure sustainable development of hybrid rice industry.

To enlarge the planting area of hybrid rice, enhance rice production of developing countries, make hybrid rice accessible across the world, and ensure food security in these countries and around the world.
