Objectives:

The aim is to introduce the successful experiences of planning, contruction and managment of business incubators in China; to exchange experiences between participants; to help other countries   in establishing and managing their STPs and incubators; to facilitate networking and knowledge transfer; to strengthen and promote the international cooperation in this field as well as the international science and technology cooperation.
